Due to the high volume of inquiries, it is literally impossible to serve everyone at the exact same time. It is our policy to first serve those who have made a commitment to become clients with our real estate team. Then second, within a timely manner, usually about 24-72 hours, we will try to serve anyone else who may be considering a move to beautiful Colorado Springs or the surrounding area. Regardless of order, it is our policy to offer you, the customer, with impeccable service. Because we are sensitive to your needs, our team has incorporated many real estate relocation tools within the websites for your use, including but not limited to the Home Tracker Program, PPAR MLS, MLS Assistant, Area Information, Updated School and Church Information, and the Colorado Springs Directory link, just to mention a few.
